  1. Privileges and offers are non-transferable, non-assignable, and exclusively for the personal use of AIA customers.
  2. Privileges and offers are only applicable to self-pay cases of AIA customers.
  3. Privileges and offers are not applicable to all Guarantee Letter (GL) cases.
  4. Privileges and offers are only valid upon presentation of AIA customers’ identification on registration; no reimbursement or refund on previous or back-dated transactions if failing to do so.
  5. Privileges and offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other packages or promotions by subsidiaries of Sunway Healthcare Group.
  6. Privileges and offers are valid for only one (1) treatment cycle per patient.

  1. Postnatal Nursing Care for Mother and Baby
  • For mother:
  • Checking of vital signs
  • Episiotomy / C-section wound assessment and care
  • Assessment of fundus height and lochia
  • Perineal care and breastfeeding care
  • Nutritional care and advice for mum
  • Education (basic): immunisation, wound care, early childhood development
  • Coach baby bath


  • For baby:
  • Checking of vital signs
  • Checking of growth (length and head circumference)
  • Assess safe environment for care
  • Assess for signs of jaundice
  • Assess and perform care of umbilical cord
  • Demonstration of baby bath (for extended care package only)


  1. Home Physiotherapy for Mother
  • Educate safe initiation of physiotherapy and exercise after normal delivery or Caesarean birth.
  • Demonstrate series of exercises to strengthen the muscles, pelvic floor and deep tummy muscles affected by pregnancy and labour.
  • Exercise to prevent backache, promote correct posture, and help in circulation and breathing.
